We are able to make your next football kits using rPET (Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate) which has a lower environmental impact. Both the shirt and shorts are made from rPET mesh fabric, which has been made from recycled plastic bottles that have been melted down to produce a yarn.

A shirt is made from approximately 16 plastic bottles. The material has the same characteristics as normal polyester so there is no difference in performance, if anything its a little smoother and slightly lighter.

• rPET is made by a mechanical process where as normal polyester is made by chemical process.
• rPET produces up to 65% less carbon footprint to standard polyester, and 12% less than cotton.
• rPET requires 90% less water to produce than normal polyester.
• rPET uses 70% less energy than used to make normal polyester.
